The Wi-Fi connectivity is alarmingly poor, essentially non-existent in the lobby!!! The lack of common amenities like kettles or enough electrical outlets is also disappointing—it feels basic yet so overlooked!!!

the location is super convinient, right in the city center and close to metro! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. I enjoyed the nice breakfast options every morning and the wifi was really good too. The room was clean and had everything i needed, just a bit small but comfortable. loved the hot water cooler on the floor, that was a nice touch!

the room was kinda tiny, and i could've used more towels for sure. also, wished there were more dining options in the hotel.

This place was super convenient! I loved being so close to Shevchenko park and the city center. The staff was super chill and helped me with my early check-in, which was great. Breakfast had more options than usual too. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better in my room!
